Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where a product arrives defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim. To qualify for a replacement or return:

The product must be in its original packaging

Proof of damage or defect may be required
Once the issue is verified, we will provide instructions for replacement or resolution.
Management-Approved Returns
In rare circumstances where a return is approved by management for reasons other than defect or damage:

A 20% restocking fee will apply.

International Orders
For international returns, the customer is responsible for:

Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons within the tattoo industry:

Order Fulfillment
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill part or all of your order, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item(s).
We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Failed Deliveries
If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us:

If the issue is due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to receive package, etc.), the customer will be responsible for:

Company Error
If the delivery issue occurs due to our error, and the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, we will issue a full refund.
Local Pickup
For orders placed with local pickup:

Orders must be picked up within 4 weeks.

After 2 weeks, we will contact the customer to remind them that their order is ready.

Customers will then have 1 additional week to pick up the order.
If the order is not collected within this time:
