SHIPPING

Shipping within Canada:
Matrix Cartridges is delighted to collaborate with Canada Post and UPS for all deliveries within Canada. Items are dispatched within 1~3 days after fulfillment and receipt of full payment. In the event that no one is available at the delivery address during the delivery attempt, a notification will be left, allowing you to reschedule the delivery. Our default shipping option is Expedited shipping (standard shipping). If you prefer Priority shipping (express shipping), please contact us for more information; note that additional costs may apply. All available shipping methods can be viewed during the checkout process.

International Shipping:
For all international shipments, we use Canada Post and UPS. Please be aware that any customs or import duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled upon parcel arrival in the destination country (outside of Canada). Unfortunately, we are unable to predict or control these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary across countries.
